Frequently Asked Questions

How will the material be presented?
Each week, we release a new video module that will dive deep into the history, science, and myths behind a topic. After watching the module, you will complete a worksheet that applies the lessons to your personal goals. Next, you set an intention for the week and log progress in your personal journal. Practitioners will have additional case studies to share in the Facebook group. Worksheets will be submitted to our online system for CEU credits.
Will I really have time to take the class?
We ask that participants in the beta program allow at least 3 hours each week to view the module, complete the support material, and provide feedback. As a beta participant, you are helping us to refine the content for the full launch and we ask that you follow our weekly timeline. If you are worried about the time commitment and being able to fully complete the course material on the recommended timeline, we strongly encourage you to wait until the full launch of the Master Class in early 2017.
I'm already a certified practitioner. Will this course teach me information I don't already know?
The Balanced Bites Master Class goes beyond the classroom, incorporating our combined experience helping thousands of people who struggle with the transition to real food and better health. We’ve developed a system and tools that will help even the most challenging clients understand the myths of the Standard American Diet and the power of real food nutrition. And should you ever feel stuck, the Master Class community will connect you with other like-minded practitioners for support and guidance.
What's the difference between BETA and regular enrollment
Our beta group is limited to a small number of qualified health practitioners who can commit to completing the course in 10 weeks, reviewing both the student and practitioner tracks. We will use your feedback to make the Master Class stronger before the course opens to the public in January. In exchange for your feedback, we are offering the beta program at 50% off the regular course price. This includes lifetime access to the program. You will not receive printed copies of the books or journal (the journal is included as a PDF). Diane and Liz will check in on the Facebook group regularly during the beta program, but they will not host live calls until the full course launches in January.
Is there anything else I need to purchase to complete the program?
If you do not own Practical Paleo or Eat the Yolks, you will need them to complete the required reading for the course. There is nothing else to purchase, unless you choose to have your workbooks and journal professional printed (printing at home is just fine!)
If I'm not certified through the NTA, will I be able to get credits towards my certification?
At this time, we are only applying for CEU credits through the NTA.
I'm just starting my health coaching practice. Will this class give me the tools to set up my business?
At this time, we are not offering a module on setting up a coaching practice. The tools in the Master Class are designed to help with 1:1 health and nutrition coaching.

This course is not open for enrollment.
